Title: A Spatial-Spectral Volume Holographic Imaging System for Ex-Vivo Cancer Visualization. P.I.: Raymond,Kostuk. Co-PIs: Jennifer Barton, George Barbastathis, and Marek Romanowski. Surgeon Collaborator: Ken Hatch. Sponsor: NIH. Description: The system uses special multiplexed holographic filters in microscopic imaging systems to obtain both spatial and spectral information from biological tissue samples. We will be developing a free-space system for ex-vivo imaging and a rigid endoscpe version for screening patients at high risk for ovarian cancer.
