One Way Confidential Disclosure Agreement
Required when one of the parties is disclosing confidential information.
Two Way Confidential Disclosure Agreement
Required when both parties disclose confidential information.

Used when discussions are leading to a potential research agreement with industry and the researcher wishes to share common terms and conditions for the University of Arizona.
