| The College of Optical Sciences
administrative team provides support to faculty members, their technical
support personnel and their students. Areas of expertise include purchasing assistance, travel arrangements and
reimbursements, calendaring and coordination of meetings, workshops,
special presentations and events. Team members also
provide office assistance including typing correspondence, manuscripts,
book chapters, abstracts, journal submissions, curricula vitae, professional bios, Web
pages and class material. They may also distribute, collect, and
perform data entry of homework assignments, generate reports and
spreadsheets, conduct literature searches, and assist with typing and
formatting grant proposals, technical reports and budgets.
