Description:

Assist Program Managers in the planning and tracking of financial and human resources in the execution of multiple complex weapons development projects.

Qualifications:

Minimum:  Three years of experience in planning and executing large programs for the development of complex engineered hardware and software systems. Three years of experience using and significant expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and financial tracking software such as MS Excel, Unanet, and MS Project  Excellent writing and computer skills. Desired:  BS, MS, or PhD in electrical or computer engineering.  BBA or MBA with emphasis on project management. Experience with formal DoD systems engineering processes. Experience with customer interaction in a weapons development environment.
