Job Description: 

Kateeva is looking for an Inkjet printing expert  to support the development of Kateeva’s proprietary  manufacturing equipment for fabricating the next generation of flat screen displays—organic light emitting diode (OLED) displays.  We are looking for a Inkjet printing expert interested in working in a fast paced environment along-side a great team recruited from among Silicon Valley’s top companies. For this position, candidates should have proven experience in developing print process and algorithm for digital print systems in the fields of inkjet printing for graphic art, display and printed electronic.

Advantage to have expertise in the following areas: OLEDs, micro-fluidics, physical vapor deposition and thin film metrology.


  • Integration of system and inkjet print process in the field of OLED display and printed electronics
  • Develop operation procedures and print algorithms for a printing system
  • Investigate and troubleshoot print system and process level issues
  • Define and accompany the development of various print system print method and components
  • Define and implement various calibration procedures for a printing system
  • Basic documentation and training

  • Advanced Degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in Physics, material study or engineering
  • 5+ years of industry experience in developing ink-jet printing systems for graphic arts and/or printed electronics., and multi discipline systems
  • Knowledge of digital printing systems and digital printing data processing
  • Knowledge  in substrate ink loading behavior and drying
  • Strong problem solving, analytic skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good command of Photoshop, Excel. Programming skills in Matlab/C# 
  • Advantage having knowledge of microelectronics processes and physical vapor deposition.
