Job Description: 


  • Contribute to the test and design of a physiological sensor.
  • Developing next generation Nellcor and INVOS optics.
  • Modeling optics via TracePro
  • Characterizing current LED and detector.
  • Benchmark competitive devices.



  • Full-time graduate student pursing a degree in Applied Physics or Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in optics
  • Preferred minimum 1st year graduate student
  • GPA of 3.5 or above
  • Must be available to work at least 40 hours a week Monday-Friday
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • TracePro is a plus (or something similar)
