Job Description: 

We are seeking a talented mechanical Engineer to join our growing team, working on a state-of-the-art tool.  We change the technology to meet our expectations, so we need someone who can think outside the box.  The successful candidate will have system approach and proven knowledge of fine mechanism design. Experience in the field of opto-mechanics, knowledge of accurate motorized modules design and analytical knowledge in thermal design – an advantage. The candidate will be part of a team which designs new and improves existing opto-mechanical systems. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Mechanical design of opto-mechanical mechanisms
  • Take on mechanical engineering responsibility of opto-mechanical sub-systems starting from requirements definition, through design, till release for production.
  • Define and execute tests as part of the design/CIP process.
  • Lead manufacturing and design activities with external vendors

Qualifications Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree/ Master’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • 8+ years experience in as a mechanical development engineer. (Semi/display – an advantage).
  • Ability to define and write specifications.
  • Ability to analyze data and present summaries.
  • Ability to work with a broad peer group and cross-functional teams. Also, Ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in CAD systems
