Sales Manager – West Coast

Your skill set and qualification:
Bachelor of Science in Optics, Electronics or related Engineering field; MBA, desirable
3-5 years in technical sales
Knowledge of optical materials and components, their properties and performance are preferred. Ability to work in an intercultural environment and effectively interact cross functional teams. Customer relationship management and deal maker personality required

Customers…Working with manager, plans, directs, and coordinates customer strategy and activities for the related products
Supports Business Development…Works closely with business development personnel to assess impact of product/price changes and their impact on respective sales territory
Planning/Strategy/Reporting…Carries out regular account planning (rolling up action plan with major milestones)
