What:  College of Optical Sciences Pre-Commencement Ceremony and Reception

When:  6:00 p.m., Friday, May 16, 2008

Where:  Manuel Pacheco Integrated Learning Center Auditorium 120

The celebration ceremony will be followed by a reception in the Integrated Learning Center Courtyard.  Light refreshments will be served.

The ceremony and reception will last approximately one and one-half hours.

Formal invitations to the pre-commencement celebration will be mailed to Optical Sciences graduates in April.  Graduates may bring as many guests as they would like, so an RSVP to OSC's Academic Programs unit is very important.

Both the International Learning Center and the auditorium are handicap accessible.  If guests will need special accommodations, graduates will need to contact a member of OSC's Academic Programs unit well in advance of the celebration.

The University of Arizona Commencement is on Saturday, May 17.  Optical Sciences graduates participate in the 9:00 a.m. ceremony.
