Spring 2012 Graduate Appointments

Deadline to Submit Spring 2012 Hiring Documents Is Friday, November 11th.

 

Be sure to complete all three steps:

  1. Obtain your supervisor's authorization signature and account number on the Graduate Appointment Funding Authorization Form.

  2. Complete the appropriate three-page Graduate Notice of Appointment Form from the list below. Any employee hired as a teaching assistant or associate from a non-English speaking country MUST submit an English proficiency score. Any incomplete forms will not be processed and will be returned for completion.

  3. Return completed paperwork to Tammy Orr, Academic Programs, Meinel 403.

The GA Tuition Deferment Program has replaced the Payroll Deduction Plan. This program will allow students the duration of the semester to pay all standard tuition costs (remaining tuition or mandatory fees not covered under the benefits of the GA appointment). Assistant = prelims not taken or not passed; Associate = prelims taken and passed.

 

Teaching appointments are by semester only.
