When fully implemented, it will contain brief
outlines of the various chapters of the book, a complete list of references with
titles and links to the primary literature, updates including major new
developments, links to particularly useful sites, and a feedback form.
The full web access to the cited references is
limited to electronic subscribers of the journals. If your library subscribes to
them and you are accessing the Internet via a recognized institutional
provider, full access will be possible. Otherwise, you will only have access to
the "free-fee" line, that is, the titles, authors and abstracts of the articles.
