INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS |
- LOCATION
- The
book exhibits will be located
in the Lobby of the Marriott University Park Hotel, Wednesday through
Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
|
- The
optics exhibits will be
located in the Grand Ballroom (Poster Session Room) and run concurrently
with the poster sessions Wednesday 4:00-6:00, Thursday 4:00-5:30, and
Friday 4:00-6:00, at the University of Arizona Memorial Student Union .
- Closest parking garage: 2nd St.
Garage at 2nd St and Mountain.

Optics exhibits times:
Wednesday, May 26, 4-6 pm
Thursday, May 27, 4-5:30 pm
Friday, May 28, 4-6 pm

Set-up Times
-
The room is available for
setup between 12-4 pm.
-
A Student Union or DAMOP
representative will be available during setup times. Should you have any
questions ask him or Brenda Keagle (621-1989) at the Student Union Events
Planning office located also on the 3rd floor. A phone directly
connected to Event Services is located in the Ballroom. Brian Anderson,
responsible for poster sessions: 444-4045, Regina Heitzer-Momaday,
conference coordinator: 400-4265.

Electricity is available
throughout the ballroom via floor outlets. Please bring extension cords
and ask for material to cover the cords on the floor.

Layout
-
The poster boards are set
up in the center area, and the exhibits tables are arranged along the
perimeter of the ballroom on the way to the food and beverage stations
(but not immediately next to them) so as to create flow to the exhibitors.

assigned, please use the same table every day:

The exhibits have to be
taken down each day right after the poster sessions, since DAMOP
conference related events are taking place in the same room that evening.
Event services have to set up for the public lecture Wednesday starting at
8 pm, and Thursday for the conference dinner starting at 8 pm (with the
reception 7-8 pm).
