The office of Human Resources
at the College of Optical Sciences is responsible for: Providing on-site professional
human resource services and consultation for classified staff, faculty, academic
professional and student employees. In addition, the OSC Human
Resources Office administers: job postings, employee relations, compensation /
classification, development, training of classified staff, management issues, organizational assessment and
development. Responsible for the maintenance of the OSC database and
organizational chart.
