Description:

The TFT Settings Panel allows you to modify the general parameters used in the TFT ( Thin Film Target ) calculation.

TFT Index Settings:

nincident.gif (2531 bytes) - The index of refraction for incident material
nsubstrate.gif (2425 bytes) - The index of refraction for substrate

TFT General Parameters:

tft_general_parameters.gif (1839 bytes)
z0.gif (2440 bytes) - The amount of defocus in the z-axis
zoffset.gif (2240 bytes) - The amount of offset from the interface in the z-axis
interface.gif (2645 bytes) - The top position of each layer in the z-axis

Pupil - Observe the electric field at the exit pupil
Image - Observe the electric field at the optical disk
