If you can't open any projects in Optiscan check to make sure that the history file is NOT read-only. Check this by going to your Optiscan directory and open the 'proj' directory. You should see a file named history.mat, right click on this file and click properties. Make sure the box next to the 'Read-only' attribute is NOT checked. Then click 'OK'
This is a version problem. If you have Optiscan 5.3 you will need to upgrade. Optiscan 5.3 was designed
to work with Matlab 5.3 and will not work with Matlab 6.0
Optiscan 6.0 works with Matlab 5.3, Matlab 6.0 and Matlab 6.1.
Optiscan currently will not work with Matlab 6.5.
