    Graduates must arrive by 2:45 p.m.

    The ceremony will be followed by a reception with light refreshments in the 3rd floor lobby. The ceremony and reception will last approximately 1.5 hours.

    Graduates may bring as many guests as they would like, but you must RSVP by December 14th. If guests require special accommodations, graduates must contact Jennifer Garcia at jgarcia@optics.arizona.edu or (520) 621-4111 to ensure your needs are met.

    Parking Information
    UA Parking and Transportation Services will provide complimentary parking at the Cherry Avenue Garage for the College of Optical Sciences Commencement Celebration on a space-available basis. You will need to indicate in your RSVP how many parking spaces your party will require so that we may request an appropriate amount of spaces/passes. Or the location of the Cherry Avenue Garage, please view the Campus parking Map (attached). The Cherry Avenue Garage is shown in red at E6.

    Parking in Zone 1 surface lots and metered parking will be free beginning at 5:00 p.m.
