    UA Haunted Homecoming

OSC celebrates its ghoulish side with a costume contest, pumpkin carving contest, door decoration contest and plenty of sweet treats this Friday, Oct. 28 as part of UA's Haunted Homecoming.

    Costume Contest

Stop by room 403 or 406A before 12 noon on Friday, Oct. 28 in your most creative Halloween costume and have your picture taken. A contestant board will be set up in the Meinel 3rd floor lobby, and ballots and a ballot box will be available starting at 2 p.m. for voting. Can't make it before noon? Show up for the final festivities at 2:30 p.m. in your costume and you can be a "write in" vote.

    Pumpkin Carving Contest

Want to show off your pumpkin carving skills? Bring your carved or decorated pumpkin to the Meinel 3rd floor lobby the morning of Friday, Oct. 28 for inclusion in the carving contest. Entries will be accepted until 12 noon, when voting will begin. Make sure to stop by and vote for your favorite!

    Door Decoration Contest

Gussy up your lab or office threshhold in Halloween-inspired decorations and you may go home with a fantastic prize! Judges will be lurking the halls on Friday, Oct. 28 and will pass down their judgement and announce the winners along with the pumpkin carving and costume contests.

Winners for all contests will be announced at 3:30 p.m. in the 3rd floor lobby, where everyone can nibble on some sweet treats. Hope to see a great turnout for this frightfully fun event!
