Assistant Professor Dae Wook Kim and OSC students Logan Graves and Isaac Trumper will be participating in Reddit Science's Ask Me Anything series on Aug. 10 from 3-5 p.m. MST. Dae Wook, Logan and Isaac will bring their Large Optics Fabrication and Testing (LOFT) expertise and answer questions about how they make and test the world's largest mirrors.  If you'd like to join the AMA session, visit the Reddit Science website at 3 p.m. or join a bit earlier to submit your questions. For more information, see the LOFT website announcement.

Optics-related presentations have been given in the recent past, as well. Be sure to read Alan Willner's Optics: A Revolution in Communications and Patrick McCarthy's Building the World's Largest Telescope sessions.
