OSC 50th Anniversary Celebration at Old Tucson

Over 200 attendees gathered on the warm fall evening of Oct. 22 and had a rootin' tootin' good time at Old Tucson. The town square was filled with music from a live Western band while everyone enjoyed light appetizers and drinks. After the cocktail reception, Old Tucson gunfighters put on an Old West drama, complete with a robbery, fisticuffs and a gun battle.

Fighting works up quite the appetite, so it was no wonder the Western-inspired buffet was such a hit. During dinner, presentations by Dean Thomas L. Koch and other faculty gave a fun, light-hearted look back into OSC's history. To close out the festivities, Old Tucson dancers took the stage and spun, sang and high-kicked to rounds of applause.
