Ms. Stella Hostetler, Program Coordinator

Stella oversees the payroll processing for OSC students, faculty, and staff, which is over 300 members. She also processes graduate student notices of appointments and summer compensation paperwork.

As of September 2004, paper copies of State and Federal Tax and Direct Deposit Forms will no longer be available through the Payroll Office. These forms can now be electronically submitted through Employee Link

Important Information!

Paychecks can be picked up from the Accounting Office in Rm. 641. Payroll advice(s) for those with direct deposit will be placed in your mailbox. Direct Deposit & No Print Advice forms can be found by logging into Employee Link at your convenience.

Summer 2008 Procedures

Academic Faculty and Graduate Student Summer appointments require bi-weekly time sheets. If you are employed during the summer months you must access a summer wage time sheet online, print, complete and submit your own time sheet. It will be your responsibility to include the appropriate pay period ending date, account number(s) and obtain necessary signatures.

Please keep page 2 of your summer employment packet for pay period and maximum hour reference. University policy limits the amount of hours you are able to work if you are enrolled in summer classes.

NOTE: To be eligible for Graduate Summer pay, you must currently be in a Graduate Teaching or Research Appointment. If you are not on an appointment, please stop by the OSC Payroll Office in Rm. 421 to discuss your options for summer pay.
