GRE and TOEFL Score Reporting codes: Institution (UofA) 4832, for GRE Optical Sciences code is 4808. TOEFL Optical Sciences code is 99. You can expedite completion of your Optical Sciences application by submitting a scanned or hard copy of your GRE and TOEFL Score Reports. Electronic score requests are submitted directly to the Graduate Admissions Office at the University of Arizona and will be retrieved by Optical Sciences. Statement of Purpose and Resume/CV may be sent electronically as an attachment to Gail Varin gail@optics.arizona.edu Official transcripts must be mailed to the College of Optical Sciences, not to the Graduate College. Note: Emailed recommendation letters are accepted from University of Arizona Professors only.
