Job Summary:

Operations Early Career Leadership Program

We are looking for talented, driven and passionate people who aspire to lead others in the Operations function and are excited to join an early career program that offers robust hands-on development overa three-year duration.

Responsibilities:

A fiber Engineer that supports the following activities on the potential Rotations:#

Operations

  • Engage with and visit customers
  • Analyze testing procedures, machine capabilities, and material flow
  • Work with manufacturing process and equipment

Supply Chain

  • Work with all modes of transportation, production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and warehousing
  • Develop make vs. buy decisions
  • Identify and implement productivity improvements

Managerial Experience

  • Manage direct reports
  • Handle inventory transactions
  • Own daily management of Lean manufacturing

Required Skills and Experience

  • Passionate, enthusiastic individuals who are ready to take on a challenge-
  • Pursuing a bachelors in Optical Sciences and Engineering, Fiber,Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related degree
  • Demonstrate leadership aptitude with the desire to build a career in the Operations & Supply Chain function
  • At least two, relevant internships, or less than two years working experience is required
