	SOCk Community Speaker: Mental Health with CAPS Friday, March 18, 2022 - 12:00pm Description At noon in room 410 we will be holding a community speakers event on mental health. This talk will be covering keeping good mental health generally, along with ways of dealing with stress and anxiety, and provide information on what the process of going to CAPS looks like. There will be free pizza available after the meeting. We will be selling the new SOCk shirts during the event, each shirt will cost $10.
