Title: Systematic Evaluation of The University of Arizona’s OSIRIS-REx PolyCam

Abstract: OSIRIS-REx is an asteroid sample return mission that can help us gain a deeper understanding of our universe. The OSIRIS-REx Camera Suite (OCAMS) was designed by a team from the University of Arizona before its launch in 2016. One of the three cameras within OCAMS is a Ritchey-Chretien telescope, PolyCam, with a focusing lens to provide support during the approach and reconnaissance phases of the mission. This presentation will focus on what PolyCam is, how it supported the mission objectives, and look at the optics from a systems level.
