OSC Alumni Timothy Russell Promoted to Colonel

    College of Optical Sciences alumnus Timothy H. Russell (M.S., 1996), was recently promoted to the rank of colonel in the U.S. Air Force. Russell currently serves at the Pentagon and recently completed a tour at the U.S. Air Force Academy as an assistant professor and deputy head of the physics department.
