Students in the Spotlight
Another Wavelength: Kali Wilson
This month's student on Another Wavelength is seventh-year Ph.D. candidate Kali Wilson. Originally from Morgantown, West Virginia, she received a bachelor's degree in physics from Wellesley College in 2004.
Sears Wins Pitch Prize
Ph.D. student Jasmine Sears was a big winner at InnovateUA's 1000 Pitches event, held last Thursday at Gentle Ben's. Her "U-Provement" idea for reducing campus sexual assault rates garnered a $1,000 award.
