    Hooray for Laser Fun Day!

Laser Fun Day hits the Meinel Building tomorrow, bringing with it scores of kids of all ages to learn about the science of light ... and to have a little fun, too. And the UA Student Optics Chapter invites you!

From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., our halls will be lined with exhibits ranging in subject from 3-D TVs to infrared cameras to laser graffiti to floating pigs(?!), each staffed by a knowledgeable OSC student, faculty member or volunteer.

There are plenty of hands-on booths for curious little hands — but bigger folk are likely to learn new tricks as well. Honestly, who's really too old to take a trip through the laser maze?

Get a sneak peek of the action by reading this week's UANews article about the celebration and checking out previous years' photo galleries:

We hope to see you there!
