In Memoriam: Roy J. Glauber
Roy J. Glauber, OSC Adjunct Professor and Nobel Laureate, passed away at the age of 93. Glauber was an Adjunct Professor of optical sciences at the University of Arizona and the Mallinckrodt Professor of physics at Harvard.
Call for Posters: Arizona Photonics Days 2019 Conference
The University of Arizona BIO5 Institute is hosting the Arizona Photonics Days 2019 Conference January 31 and February 1, 2019. Learn more on their website. Register to participate today. We invite submissions for a poster session and reception that will be held at the Arizona Photonics Days at University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona on January 31 & February 1, 2019. The session will take place on Thursday, January 31, 2019 from 5pm-7pm. Proposals addressing the conference theme, Photonics Researchare especially welcome, but any timely subject of interest will be accepted.
