    12th Annual BIO5/BIOSA Student Industry Networking Event

    The 12th Annual Student Industry Networking Event is approaching on Tuesday, February 11th from 4-6 PM at the BIO5 Institute. Past events have successfully connected UA graduate and undergraduate students to internships and jobs in the Arizona biotech and biomedical industry. This is not a regular recruitment fair but rather an event that allows participants to explore careers in industry by speaking with employees from the attending companies. Check out the even flyer.

    The application for the 2020 Michael Kidger Memorial Scholarship in Optical Design is now available. The Scholarship is to be awarded to a student of optical design, where the term 'optical design' is meant to include lens design, illumination design and computational optical design.

    2019 Winter Commencement

    Graduating students and their loved ones, along with OSC staff and faculty, gathered on Friday, Dec. 20 to celebrate the College of Optical Sciences' Winter Commencement. The intimate ceremony was followed by a light spread and cake in the Meinel 3rd floor lobby.
