    TLA Hiring Student Fellows

    Tech Launch Arizona is looking for student fellows for the fall semester. The position is ideally suited for grad students with technical backgrounds and an interest in intellectual property and commercialization; TLA fellows work individually and with licensing managers (like OSC's Amy Phillips!) to assess new technologies and their suitability for the marketplace.

    Travel Grants for Optical Manufacturing Conference

    The American Precision Optics Manufacturers Association is offering travel grants to SPIE Optifab 2015, which will be held October 12-15 in Rochester, New York. 

    Undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to apply, with preference given to students presenting at the conference. Applications are due Sept. 1. Further details are available online (PDF).
