CULTURALLY RESPONSIVE CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE - ACCEPTING FACULTY APPLICATIONS
The Culturally Responsive Curriculum Development Institute (CRCDI) is a week-long, summer immersion focused on training and coaching faculty and instructors towards the implementation of culturally responsive practices and pedagogy into existing courses of all modalities, including distance and online learning environments. All faculty are encouraged to apply, with the support of their Department Head. Faculty members who complete the Curriculum Development Institute, including redesigning through a culturally responsive lens, will receive a $1000 stipend. Learn more.

KEVIN CHEW FIGUEROA NAMED FINALIST IN META PHOTONICS & OPTICS 2022 PH.D. RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP COMPETITION
Wyant College Ph.D. student, Kevin Chew Figueroa, made it to the finalists category for the Meta Photonics & Optics 2022 Ph.D. Research Fellowship Competition. With over 2,300 submitted applications from 100 universities worldwide for the fellowship program, we are all so proud of Kevin's application and hard work. Congratulations, Kevin! We hope you and many others from the Wyant College apply again next year! In the meantime, Kevin accepted a six-month internship with Meta Reality Labs Display Systems Research and will return to OSC in December 2022.
