Graduate Student Internship Opportunity | Gardner Institute

The John N. Gardner Institute for Excellence in Undergraduate Education (Gardner Institute) is looking for an Intern for Summer 2024!

 Interns are given the opportunity to collaborate alongside the Gardner Institute staff on work related to student success and increasing equity in higher education. Each intern is expected to work 10-15 hours per week and complete a project by the end of their term. 

For Summer 2024, The Gardner Institute is looking for a student intern to work with the Equity in Retention Academy. The summer internship will be focusing on creating, gathering, and organizing sustainable content for the Academy, including creating graphics, slide presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, Prezi, Miro, etc.), Google documents and YouTube videos. Also, being knowledgeable with transcribing and coding qualitative data would be a plus. The intern will work and collaborate with the Equity in Retention Academy team. This is an ideal opportunity for a student who is flexible, has experience with a range of presentation and data software; is innovative, organized, and who has a passion for participating in work that centers on equitable student for all student populations.

Interns will receive a stipend of $1,500 per semester and academic credit may also be available. All internships are online at this time.
