2018 Festival of Books

On March 10th OSC opened its doors to the public for the Festival of Books. Fun demonstrations were set up inside for everyone to enjoy and three special presentations were given. Students volunteered from Women in Optics and SOCk as well as staff and faculty.
The 2018 Festival of Books OSC Lectures included:
- Dr. Dongkyun “DK” Kang "Let’s take a selfie of your skin cells!"
- Dr. Charles Falco "The Hockney-Falco Thesis: When an Artist and a Scientist Collaborate"
- Dr. Judith Su "Little Sensors Fight Big Diseases"
