RYAN BRONSON TAKES PART IN HISTORIC MARS ROVER
Ryan Bronson, an alumnus of the Wyant College who received his B.S. in Spring 2017, works as a systems engineer at Collins Aerospace, an IA Leadership Partner Member of the college. After less than a week on the job, Ryan was assigned to the Rover Perseverance build & test project. On Feb. 18, 2021 the rover landed successfully on Mars while Ryan watched. “Watching Perseverance land successfully on Mars and knowing I played a small role in helping to make that safe landing possible was surreal,” said Ryan. “There’s just no explanation.” Read more about Ryan and his role at Collins Aerospace.
