Prism Week 2026

Optics for All has been hard at work planning big things for this year's Prism Week! It will be April 13-17, 2026, and an overview of the schedule is attached. More details will be coming out next week, but take note of all that Prism Week 2026 has to offer, and mark your calendars! Prism Week is dedicated to celebrating and supporting the unique, diverse identities in the field of optics and in our college through a variety of socials, workshops, and panels. There will be food provided at EVERY event 🎉 

 

For OSC Field Day & Picnic on Wednesday, April 15, 5-7 pm, we will have games and challenges (i.e. three-legged race) out on the mall in front of Meinel, and we are planning on making it a competition between lab groups - start to recruit your lab members now, and let us know when you have a team! If you want to participate as an individual, also let us know, and we will put together some extra teams.

Make sure to join us for our happy hour Friday, April 17, 5-7 pm at Gentle Ben's on University! This year, the happy hour is a safe space for members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies, and everyone is welcome to join!
