Paramium Technologies celebrated the ribbon-cutting of its first MagnumTM Antenna in Tucson, Arizona, bringing together an impressive gathering of elected officials, university leadership, aerospace pioneers, business executives, military and space-industry representatives, and community leaders to recognize an important milestone in satellite communications technology.

The successful candidate will play a leading role in developing innovative optical spectroscopic instrumentation and measurement methodologies, including unpolarized, linearly polarized, and circularly polarized transmission, scattering, photoluminescence, and emerging multimodal spectroscopic platforms. Working closely with faculty collaborators and an interdisciplinary team of postdoctoral associates, graduate students, and undergraduate researchers, the candidate will contribute to cutting-edge research while developing expertise in proposal preparation, project leadership, mentoring, and technology commercialization. The position is particularly suited for candidates pursuing careers in academia, national laboratories, or advanced industrial research.

As an Optical Engineer, you will participate in the full development cycle of innovative programs creating advanced optical systems, starting from concept and requirements, to build, alignment and test, and finally commissioning operational products at the customer site including support/upgrade of systems in the field. Working with our outstanding team of optical, mechanical, and software engineers and technicians, as well as our senior scientific staff, you will provide the engineering support that delivers success to our customers.
